I am looking for an artist to help me design a tatoo for my left arm. Is gonna be cartoony, bright, colorful and interesting. i have a bottom sleave of a coy fish and a lotus flower with waves, which i now need to jpin to the top of my arm.

i have ahd this image in my head for years but i cant draw to save myself.

i would like a cu-cu clock (3d cartoony) with a bird(or another animal, monkey cat etc) being thrown out on the spring and throwing some dice. i would like a mash of style here with classical in the mix and leway to be creative, like adding deck of cards, 8ball, or checkered patterns.


anyone think this is within their talent?
can anyone help?
